Hello, for this weeks activity you will have two tasks, for the FIRST TASK you are going to read and think about the following questions carefully, once you are finished reading them create a blog post and answer each question. These questions are going to be very opinion based just so we can get ideas as to what your perspective is on Youth Homelessness. For the SECOND TASK you will do some research on the websites in the resources tab, you can choose one, or do all of them, all you have to do is spend some time on the websites and see if you can find out more about homelessness, the process of getting into a homeless shelter, or anything you are curious about.

TASK 1

Here are the questions:

1. Why do you think Youth Homelessness is such a big issue in our society/city?

2. What do you think your school can do to make youth homelessness less of an issue?

3. What do you think your school can do to support homeless youth directly? (e.g volunteering at homeless shelters)

4. What do you think can be done in our school, locally, and maybe nation-wide/globally to make Youth Homelessness less of an issue?

5. We need to start spending the money the city has donated to us, how do you think we can spend the money efficiently and effectively?
